解决mysql 数据库内网访问题

进入mysql环境中，依次执行：
1.mysql -uroot -p
2.Enter password:
3.grant all privileges on *.* to hyabc@"%" identified by 'hy123456' with grant option;
4.flush privileges;
5.exit
hyabc：用户名   hy123456：密码
