举报，就是对于社区页面的举报，举报人信息、举报理由、举报后后台处理结果，这些都已经有了的。举报处理后不会留存数据，这个核心不会变，其他的，更多是界面上的问题。至于什么联系电话、联系微信，那是政企工单，不是社区举报了，完全不是一回事了。
想要这种东西，也很简单，插件就行。但Discuz!核心这样去处理，不妥。 是的，你说的对，举报功能弄成工单也确实没啥必要。
毕竟举报功能也不是复用率很高的东西。就这样也够用了。
至于界面的话那就是模板的问题了，这个不考虑，以后有时间弄个一下就OK了。。 。
