先把你打码的那个APPID和APPKEY，填到网站后台的QQ互联插件里，再去提交

我有点不是很明白，我提交这个申请就是为了能够QQ登录互联，他提示不能登录或提示登录错误:L，那怎么样才能先登录，能登录的话那我哈提交这个申请做什么？
