把3换成你对应要处理的用户UID试试

检查下数据库是否异常丢失了 知识盲区 只是部分会员异常吗？
后台工具更新缓存试试看，计划任务里，找积分相关的执行一下任务看看。
如果问题仍然存在，可以用有问题的账号进入测试排查。 估计是数据不完整，会员资料关联多个表，某些表可能缺少这个会员的信息，比如积分表 如果还是解决不了，可以有偿处理 积分手动改下

更新统计也没用。 有问题的账号很集中，从UID478到UID541，一共59个，在这之前和之后的会员都没有问题。
